The weather treated us very acceptably and we had 15 out of 25 households in attendance, a total of 30 adults. We welcomed three new families to the area, one of whom moves into their new house at Easter.

We spoke about the reason behind Neighbours' Day and also about Neighbourhood Support.

There's a great sense of community in our area and it seemed that everyone fitted in very well, really appreciated the opportunity of getting together (we now have the offer of two more venues for future functions) and we've had very complimentary emails back from the newcomers. All in all a very successful function.
