Wilmshurst Place

Held on Sunday 25th March, 2012

With the weather not playing its part we moved our Street BBQ to Sunday lunchtime. We had a great turnout with 11 families (35 people) coming together for a fab event.

We had lovely food, good laughs and lots of stories were told. The younger kids had a wonderful time with water bombs after lunch and not a dry child was to be found!!

A very easy to run event, with many benefits for the whole street. Plans are underway to do it again. Thanks to Tawa Community Board for supporting this initiative.
