It's been an incredibly wet winter with dry days dotted between prolonged wet spells. This photo was taken near the Cambridge Street entrance to the Woolworths' supermarket carpark after continuous heavy rain last Thursday, late July 2008. Surface flooding 10-15cm deep didn't stop this car from racing through, shooting up a huge spray of water as seen here.
