We were returning to Tawa from Johnsonville late Sunday morning, December 7th, when we "encountered" a multitude of motorcycles on the other side of the motorway, heading south towards central Wellington. It was the 3rd annual "Toy Run" organised by the Wellington Chapter of Harley Davidson. This shot was taken rather hastily but gives a good idea of the vast number of motorbikes taking part, apparently several hundred and presumably many of the non-Hog variety.
