The "Massive Book Fair" which is held by the Rotary Club of Tawa every year took place on the last two Saturdays of July 2010. Thousands of books were on sale, and many man-hours went into ensuring the success of the venture, capably led by Doug Burrus. A tidy sum was raised, most of which will be directed to the Life Education Trust.

Hot sausages were sold outside the Tawa Junction building containing the books, as seen above. The pics below record something of the book fair itself.
