All good things come to an end, and so it was for Club Intermed with our 2003 Finale 13 days before Christmas. Because it would be their last time with us for those kids heading on to college next year, they were invited to fish & chips beforehand at Dawn's place - as shown in the photos in the first row below.

The Finale itself started with our usual end-of-year "tradition" - everyone (all 38 kids) making Christmas cards for the residents of a local retirement home. We then got into groups to decorate one kid in each group Christmas-style. The end results looked rather good - as you'll see below.

A special guest in red made a surprise appearance and dished out a little gift to each of the kids. The evening wound up with a "Twelve Days of Christmas" game hosted by Sherlock and his helper. A great way to finish the year, remembering once again whose birthday it is this (and every) Christmas.
