"View the school in action" was part of the wording on the sign on the Main Road advertising Tawa Intermediate School's Open Night on Thursday, 7th August 2008. New and prospective families were invited to a 25-30 minute 'assembly' at the school to hear what makes the place tick, and to have a look around to see the school - and the likes of the students pictured above - in action.

Tawa Intermediate is a decile 8 school with a roll of around 500 and has a very good reputation.
