It's right on our doorstep, so to speak. The track through Redwood Bush goes from Brasenose Park through to Peterhouse Street. Halfway along one can exit (or enter) at Achilles Close. The photo above was taken in the Achilles-Peterhouse segment which is more level (less gradient) than the other part of the track. A good walk comprises travelling by road from Brasenose Place to Peterhouse Street - via Greyfriars Cres, Oriel Ave & Balliol Drive - then heading back through the bush to Brasenose. The second half of the walk through the bush is mostly uphill. The complete circuit takes 25-30 minutes.
