It was the last day of the second term and we decided we'd have an extra Club Intermed programme for those able to come. On the night there were just 18 kids, but we still had lots of fun. It was American Independence Day so we decided we'd go with an American theme. Most of those present wore something with an "American flavor", and the hall was decorated with red, white & blue balloons.

We let off some fireworks early in the piece even though it was rather cold outside. Back indoors we enjoyed a few games (some rather energetic!) and the evening was rounded off with a selection of American hot dogs, ice cream sundaes, milk shakes, etc. We'd invited parents to join us at that point and a certain number did.
